Recapturing the Halloween spirit

From The Good 5 Cent Cigar, the student newspaper of the University of Rhode Island:

Another Halloween has come and gone, leaving only the scattered remnants of its passing - rotting pumpkins, cheap decorations, old costumes and of course its "intoxicating" memories still clinging the morning after. But why should the fun of Halloween end? Why lose that sense of mischief and magic just because the day is over?
